FAQ

Park in any marked available spot in front of our shop, but please do not block our garage doors. If the lot is full, park in the closest available space and let a service advisor know where you parked your car.
There is a black box mounted to the wall left of the main entrance. This box contains envelopes and pens so you can fill out a description of the work to be done as well as leave your keys with us.

Drop-off procedure:

  • Park in a Strictly reserved spot (without blocking garage doors).
  • Lock your vehicle.
  • Complete the front of the drop-off envelope. Make sure to leave a phone number where you can be reached.
  • Place just your car key and any necessary alarm remote in the envelope and seal it.
  • Put the sealed envelope through the mail slot of our front door.
We trust Superior Towing. We recommend calling Superior Towing at 425-454-4054 and arrange with them to tow the car to our facility. If it’s after hours there is a night drop box with envelopes.
We provide shuttle service in the mornings at 7:45, 8:45, and 9:45 am. Please allow up to 45 minutes to arrive at your destination. We must limit shuttle rides to a ten-mile radius. We apologize but we are unable to cross the bridges to Seattle because of time constraints.
We have arranged a discounted rate with Enterprise Rent-a-Car for customers that have their car in for service. We will be glad to reserve a rental for you when you drop your BMW off for service.
We accept cash, debit, Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, American Express, and Discover. We cannot extend credit to anyone for any reason. We will be glad to work out a repair schedule that meets your budgeting goals.
If you cannot pick up your car the day it is repaired then please make arrangements with a service advisor. Due to limited parking space, storage charges of $50 per day begin the next business day after you have been contacted of your vehicles service completion.
We do not provide service under factory warranties.
Yes. We will be glad to diagnose and contact the warranty company for you. Once payment has been issued we can release the car to you. Please be aware that some repairs or parts may not be covered under an aftermarket warranty, and you might be responsible for a balance due after the repair. See your service advisor for details.
Yes, we sell any and all parts and accessories available for your BMW. If we don’t stock it, we can usually have it delivered within 48 hours, and sometimes the same day, depending on the part. Call and ask about any specific parts you may need.
No. Due to high failure rate, and lack of recourse for both parties should the part fail, we do not install third party parts. If there is something specific or unusual you want or need for your BMW, please contact us.

Please be sure and let us know you’re a current BMW CCA member at the time of service. If you are not a current member, call or stop by for a membership application.
